Belize is a small country in Central America that is just below the southern border of Mexico. It has several small islands off the coast called Cayes (pronounced "key")
We live on the largest island, Ambergris Caye in a town called San Pedro. Another popular island here is Caye Caulker, it's a smaller island with only one white sandy road that runs through the village. It has great swimming, fishing and snorkeling spots.
Then there's the mainland which is what we covered mostly in the "Jungle" section. There you have rainforest, limestone hills with river caves that run through them... it's really a beautiful place with a lot of biodiversity and really neat cultural history. I recommend you visit if you ever get the chance.
