This is a typical Belizean breakfast from our favorite restaurant, Estel's on the beach. It has a sandy floor, a great view of the ocean and it's located right next to Central Park so we can play on the playground while we wait for our food to arrive. What else could a kid want?

When we are not eating out, we still love our favorite Canadian breakfast, French Toast! We found this cinnamon bread at the local bakery that is delicious enough to eat as it is but we love to make our french toast with it... you have to try it!

Update:
I have to say that fry jacks have been more popular with us lately than French Toast. We've been making and eating them every day with a number of different toppings... cinnamon/sugar, chocolate chips; we even make "pizza jacks". Moms complains that all this white flour is going to kill us but they're sooo good!
